Warranty / Returns:
notjustgaming.co.nz provides a 14 day warranty on all items, unless noted otherwise on product description page, subject to the conditions below.
Any items being returned must be returned with the packaging in which they were delivered.
Faulty or damaged items must be returned within the warranty period to qualify for repair, replacement or refund.Faulty or damaged items will either be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product, or if replacement or repair is not possible a full refund for the item will be given.
Our warranty is a RTB (Return To Base) warranty, return postage cost is at the customers expense.
Warranty will be rendered void by misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable operation environment, improper maintenance by unauthorized personnel, removal or alteration of equipment or part identification label, or failure caused by a product for which notjustgaming.co.nz is not responsible.
Warranty does not cover damages caused by Acts of God, eg. Lightning, flood etc.
Warranty does not cover any consequential loss or damage of items caused by the product, including but not limited to direct damage to other items, loss of profit, sales, or data.
If you wish to return an item simply because you don't like the item, a store credit, refund or replacement will only be given at our discretion.
