Delivery charge starts at $3 to anywhere in New Zealand.
Delivery charge is calculated automatically when you place an order.
Delivery can be arranged by CourierPost, Fastway Couriers,or NZPost, at the customers request(service availability will vary depending on order size and customer location).
CourierPost:
CourierPost is the recommended service, as provides extra security(& tracking number), and is also typically the fastest service.
Fastway Couriers:
Sometimes more suitable than CourierPost for larger items,& offers security(& tracking number) like CourierPost, but is usually slower than CourierPost.
NZPost:
Lacks the security(& tracking number) of courier services, typically slower than couriers.
NZpost can be handy for customers that have RD(Rural Delivery) addresses however.
Due to the lack of tracking information on items sent using standard post, notjustgaming.co.nz is unable to cover the cost of any items lost using this service - notjustgaming.co.nz will provide as much help as possible though.
Pick-up:
At the discretion of notjustgaming.co.nz, orders may also be picked up from Pleasant Point(approx 15-20km inland from Timaru), but unfortunately this won't always be possible.
Packaging:
Recycled packaging is usually used, as this lowers the cost & is better for the environment.
There is no extra charge for packaging, all costs are included in the delivery charge.
International shipping:
notjustgaming.co.nz can usually ship items overseas, but whether an international order will be accepted or not is at the discretion(for security & other reasons) of notjustgaming.co.nz.
Shipping cost would be quoted on request.
There may also be customs or other costs charged when items enter the customers country, which the customer would have to pay for. |
